This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, Lava Beds National Monument for the supply and delivery of building supplies.

The purpose of this Amendment no. 01 is to provide a specification drawing that was accidentally left out of the original solicitation package. Refer to Attachment 4 titled "Attachment 4 Specification Sketch-Drawing," newly added into the list of attachments below.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS: For each Amendment, fill in boxes 15a through 15c on the Standard Form 30 (SF-30) amendment forms and submit with quote. Acknowledging amendments is important because it confirms the Quoter's understanding of the complete solicitation package, as originally posted and as amended.
