The Department of Children and Families (Department), Florida State Hospital (FSH), is seeking Environmental Housekeeping Services (EVS), Facility Maintenance Operations (FM), Landscaping, and Transportation Services for all functions including but not limited to staff, equipment, management, and supplies.
Services should be designed to assist FSH staff with accomplishing FSH's mission to “provide comprehensive mental health treatment services to ensure timely transition to the community.” Additionally, the Provider shall ensure a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with One Hospital, Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and Joint Commission policies for all occupants, visitors, and FSH staff.
