MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Proposers must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing services of similar scope and scale as those identified in this solicitation. They should have extensive knowledge of the region in order to provide our students with a robust and quality program. Visits and speakers should be of highest quality.

IMPORTANT DATES: Deadline for Questions: Thursday, July 16th, 2026 at 10:00AM. RFQ DUE DATE: Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).

Contact with CUNY: Under the requirements of the Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA), all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact.
