Project Description: The Brodhead Creek Regional Authority will receive sealed bids online for the following items:
This solicitation is for the removal and proper disposal of sludge from Authority's Well 3 Water Filtration Facility Waste Tank.
Bids are to be submitted online via the PennBid™ Program before March 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on the PennBid website https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/.
Bid security in the form of money orders, bid bonds, certified checks, or cashier’s checks for the amount of 10% of the total bid is required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
