| Bid Synopsis: |
The Domestic Violence Training and Technical Assistance (DV Training & TA) provider will be responsible for providing training and technical assistance to domestic abuse programs which provide domestic violence services to victims, survivors, and their children. The Department of Children and Families (DCF) currently contracts with eighty-six programs across the state to provide comprehensive domestic violence services.
The DV Training & TA provider must provide training on domestic violence topics, including current best practices, the judicial system, legal issues, changes in law, cultural considerations in domestic violence services, the impacts of domestic violence and other topics identified by agencies, domestic abuse programs, and/or DCF. It is imperative the Proposer awarded the contract through this Request For Proposal (RFP) thoroughly understands domestic abuse in Wisconsin. The State as represented by DCF intends to use the results of this RFP to award a single contract for the DV Training & TA provider. Questions should be submitted as described in the RFP Document section 1.6. Do not submit questions through eSupplier. |
