1.0 Scope of Solicitation – It is the intention of the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD, the District and/or Owner) to establish an annual contract, on an as needed basis, to secure a qualified and reliable vendor for the supply and delivery of automotive fuels. These fuels will be used to operate the district’s school buses and fleet vehicles. The following fuel types are required: |
