Project Description: The Brodhead Creek Regional Authority will receive sealed bids online for the following items: This solicitation is for the purchase of purchase of bulk chemicals used at the water treatment plant including Sodium Hypochlorite, Soda Ash and DelPAC 2020 (Aluminum Chloride Hydroxide Sulfate).
Bids are to be submitted online via the PennBid™ Program before March 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on the PennBid website https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/.
Bid security in the form of money orders, bid bonds, certified checks, or cashier’s checks for the amount of 10% of the total bid is required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
