The Texas Department of Public Safety, Crime Lab Division (CLD), seeks a maintenance and on-site repair service contract for the DNA Analysis Robotics Workstations. Complete on-site maintenance, repair, and coverage of all unscheduled service interventions by a Tecan-certified service engineer. All function checks and error analysis, calibration, and installation of essential updates, to include preventative maintenance (parts, labor, travel).
