The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of DFCM Prequalified Code Inspection Firms or DFCM Approved Special Inspection Firms to perform Code & Special Inspections Services services for the following project:
Please Note: Whether working for a DFCM Prequalified Code Inspection Firm or independently, all special inspections contractors, material testing labs, and special inspectors working on DFCM projects must be listed on the DFCM Approved Special Inspection Firms, Material Testing Labs, & Special Inspectors list.
Project Description: Code and special inspection services for the Snow College Social Science Building.
