Project Description: The City of Reading is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for Public Safety Building Training Center renovations for the use of City of Reading, City Hall. Bids will be accepted via the Pennbid website at www.pennbid.net, until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
The Contract documents and Proposal Form for the above work can be obtained via Pennbid at www.pennbid.net.
There will be a mandatory Pre-bid meeting on September 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM for this project at 951 Morgantown Road, Reading, PA.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and/or waive any informality in any bid received when such action is in the best interest of the City.
