Two Phase Selection Process:
This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation.
Work Description:
Complete replacement of our existing 28 tons chillers with two new supplied packaged chillers which will include demolition of the existing systems and associated piping and controls.
Site Visit:
There will be a site visit during the second phase of the tender.
Estimated Value:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost approximately between $140,000.00 and $190,000.00 (taxes excluded).
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/12/01.
