Installation of an underground 30000-gallon water cistern, per site plan documents with a six (6) inch Fire Department connection, a twenty-four (24) inch manhole access cover and a four (4) inch air vent. The Columbia Volunteer Fire Department Inc. shall supply all piping, connections and strainers for the FD connection.
