Description:

The Town of Madison, Connecticut is seeking SEALED Bids from interested General Contractors for the renovations and conversion of the existing Academy School into a new Community Center, located at Academy and School Streets in Madison, Connecticut 06443, and as documented within the bid package from QA+M Architects.

To obtain a complete description of the work (including drawings and specifications), interested persons may obtain copies of the Request for Bid documents via the Town Website ( www.madisonct.org/RFP ) and the Connecticut Department of Administration contracting portal ( https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/BidBoard ). The bid package will be due no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Bids will be received at the Facilities Department located at Facilities Office, 284 Green Hill Road, Madison, Connecticut 06443, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
