Solicitation Summary

The Maryland Department of Transportation requires continued access to Diamond Data Service (DDS) for statewide Automatic Traffic Recorder (ATR) stations. DDS is the sole provider of the data polling service that supports the DDS controllers installed at ATR sites. Daily data retrieval is essential to ensure accurate, timely traffic data collection for planning, reporting, and operational purposes. Without this service, ATR stations cannot be polled, resulting in data gaps that would negatively impact statewide traffic monitoring, analysis, and decision-making.
