Project Description: The City of Dallas is seeking Dallas Fire-Rescue is seeking a vendor that can provide on-demand wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, and bariatric wheelchair transport from points within the City of Dallas to several hospitals in Dallas and adjacent cities. The vendor must be able to respond to a given location within 2 hours to initiate transport of a given wheelchair, 24/7. The vendor must be insured for associated liability as outlined in Exhibit A.
Interested vendors shall provide a quote to include a standard pick up fee and costs per mile for delivery.
Services under this agreement will be on an as needed basis.
Pricing shall remain firm for a period of 3 years.
