Dual Language Learner (DLL) Communications Campaign Evaluation Request for Proposals (RFP)

ELIGIBLE PROPOSERS

Proposers must meet the following minimum requirement(s):

• A designated project lead or principal investigator with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant evaluation experience

Proposers that do not meet the minimum requirement(s) above will not pass the first level of review (see Section IX. Selection Process).

DESCRIPTION

First 5 LA seeks a contractor (with or without subcontractors) with demonstrated expertise, capacity, and cultural responsiveness to effectively evaluate the Dual Language Learners (DLL) communications campaign. The selected contractor will design and implement a comprehensive, mixed-methods evaluation of the campaign. The evaluation will assess the overall success in meeting one or more of the identified objectives at reaching target and secondary audiences in Los Angeles County.
