Project Description: The City is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to perform the Jordan River Bank Stabilization. The work is located on the bank of the Jordan River, south of Shelds Lane at approximately 10000 South and generally includes, but is not limited to the installation of bioengineered and hardened bank stabilization methods, mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, construction surveying and staking, materials and compaction testing, clearing and grubbing, site grading, removal of existing asphalt trail, installation of slope backfill material, installation of City provided rip rap, asphalt trail repair, and revegetating repaired bank with native riparian and upland seed mix; all labor, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, rentals, fuels, utilities, subcontractors, suppliers, and all other costs including overhead and profit are to be included in bid line items.
No pre-bid conference will be held.
The work must be substantially complete 45 days from notice to proceed which is anticipated to be April 30, 2026.
Bids will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All bids shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of

No paper bids will be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any Bid if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the Bid is not responsive, or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to
meet any other pertinent standard of criteria established by the City, as solely determined by the City.
