The City of Torrington, CT will receive sealed proposals for an Auxiliary Building Project which consists of, but is not limited to: Providing personnel, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials, supplies, storm drainage and utilities, supervision & quality control necessary to perform the construction of an Auxiliary Building at the Torrington Middle-High School, Torrington, CT.
