The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: General Contracting services and all materials necessary to complete a building expansion at our Salem campus. This project will have multiple phases with strict timelines.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
Length of Contract: Through project completion.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 6 months.
