The State of Ohio – Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services is soliciting dealers for the following:

This solicitation is for State certified MBE dealers only.

The State of Ohio – Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services is soliciting dealers for products that are currently contracted under a Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Contract, State Term Schedule (“STS”), Group Purchasing Contract ("GPC"), or Master Maintenance Agreement ("MMA"). Only suppliers who offer these products on an existing Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Contract, State Term Schedule (“STS”), Group Purchasing Contract ("GPC"), or Master Maintenance Agreement ("MMA") may respond to this solicitation.

Quote prices must be at or lower than current contracted pricing. If the pricing contained in your responsive documents fails to match the current DAS contracted price, your quote may be rejected.

Please be sure to include the applicable DAS contract number in the comment column of your grid or in your attachment if an attachment is provided. If a DAS contract number is not provided, your quote will not be considered as referencing a DAS contract and your quote will be rejected.

Any responses that are not a part of a current DAS contract will not be considered.
