Scope of Services
The intent of this solicitation is to select a qualified firm to perform mowing, trimming, and trash pickup of Sector 2 & 3 Municipal Service Taxing Units (MSTUs) and Municipal Service Benefit Units (MSBUs) on an interim basis while a solicitation is completed for a longer-term engagement. The services described shall be performed by a landscape management contractor (herein referred to as successful Bidder) on a regularly scheduled basis as outlined. There shall be no deviation from the management specifications without prior approval from the Osceola County’s Project Manager.
