It is the Owner’s intent to select a Design Consultant for the design of the HVAC Renovation at Phillips HS. Design Firms wishing to be considered for this project are requested to submit their qualifications per the instructions on this website. Qualifications will be received until 11:00 a.m., Thursday September 24 ^th , 2026, electronically delivered to Scott Thompson @ sthompson@wcpss.net
