Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District is issuing this source sought synopsis as a mean of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for a qualified Marine Surveyor to conduct inspects of various vessels. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and expertise to perform comprehensive annual inspections on a range of vessels in accordance with US Coast Guard (USCG), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and local rules. The inspections shall be conducted in a manner appropriate for the intended service of each vessel. The contractor will be required to evaluate and report on the condition of each vessel to ensure its seaworthiness and fitness for its designated purpose.
