Description:
The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the 2025 River Place Fountain repair project. The scope of work includes varies work associated with waterproofing the entire side, including 3 planters, which will require the removal of all trees and plant material. The exterior rock façade will need to be removed and reinstalled once the waterproofing is completed. This bid includes 2 alternate opportunities.
