Pavement Markings

The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for the application of pavement markings to City roads at various locations as directed.

THE MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (MASSDOT) HAS PROVIDED A LIST TO THE FRAMINGHAM PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF APPROVED ELIGIBLE BIDDERS FOR THIS PROJECT. ONLY THOSE CONTRACTORS ON THIS LIST WILL RECEIVE OFFICIAL BID DOCUMENTS. ALL OTHERS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH AN INFORMATIONAL COPY.

MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as PAVEMENT MARKINGS, for the project with an estimated value of $300,000.00 will be required.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet Direct portal on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 after 10:00 A.M.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct Portal. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 by 10:00 AM.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
