The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for the purchase of as needed services for Mill and Overlay Project for 15 Side Streets. Specifications may be received at, and bids are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, clearly marked on the outside of envelope: Mill and Overlay Project – Bid #27-009. Bids will be publicly opened and read on September 23, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor & Industries under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive.
