Project Description: Notice to Bidders: Bids are being solicited for the construction of the rabbittransit Cumberland Shared Ride Facility. The new multimodal facility includes grading and construction of a one-story Bus Storage Building, Administrative Building, and Bus Wash Building. The site work includes, but is not limited to, multiple parking areas, a concrete bus loop, and other improve-ments including sidewalks, lighting, and security measures.
Proposals shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program and are due by 2:00 pm, prevailing time, on November 3, 2025.
