OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF COGENERATION ENGINE GENERATORS AT WRRF

DEP is seeking to identify qualified companies capable of providing trained and certified operations personnel to provide operations and maintenance services for newly installed cogeneration engines at the North River Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF).

The purpose of this RFEI is to ensure that a wide array of firms are aware of our program, as well as to solicit feedback from those firms with suggestions on how DEP can improve its specifications, ensuring competitive and sustainable pricing in a challenging market. Answers will inform how DEP, as an Owner, can cultivate a more successful business framework with the industry.
