The Town of East Lyme (“Town”), through the East Lyme School Building Committee (“ELSBC”) is soliciting sealed bids from responsible qualified contractors for construction and related services for roof replacement and associated work at the Lillie B. Haynes Elementary School (the “Property”) located at 29 Society Road, Niantic, Connecticut 06357 (the “Project”). Bidders are required to be pre-qualified by the Connecticut The Work for the Project generally consists of roof replacements of the existing built-up roof systems with modified bituminous membrane roofing system at all areas as shown on the Bidding Documents for the Project.
