The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to establish contract prices for pinecone seed extraction and cleaning. White Pine pinecones shall be picked up from the forest seed orchard located at the Appomattox-Buckingham State Forest, cleaned, processed and seed extracted at the Contractorâs site. The Contractor shall return the pinecone seed to the Department once cleaned and processed.
