The City of Bowie is seeking bids from qualified firms to renovate the Cart Barn at the Bowie Golf Club, located at 7420 Laurel Bowie Road in Bowie, Maryland. Electronic (pdf) bids will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5322_Siding_Roofing_Replacement___Bowie_Golf_Club_Cart_Barn until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any bids.

All interested bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting scheduled at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025 at the Bowie Golf Club, located at 7420 Laurel Bowie Road, Bowie, MD, 20715.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/5322_Siding_Roofing_Replacement___Bowie_Golf_Club_Cart_Barn prior to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 27, 2025. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Monday, November 10, 2025, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.
