Original Summary:
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals for one Contractor to secure operational support, to implement and integrate proven, modern infrastructure services management tools, and to align the SOCC with a modernized, future-state operating model.

A couple items of note –
Chrome is the preferred browser for OhioBuys.

Only have a single window open that is logged into OhioBuys, having multiple windows opened to a single user can create an error, especially when trying to submit your proposal.
