Geneva Public Library RFP for Architectural and Engineering Services

The Geneva Public Library (the "Library"), located at 244 Main Street, Geneva, NY 14456, is requesting Professional Services Proposals for the completion of a Comprehensive Existing Facilities Assessment at the Geneva Public Library.

The 24,000-square-foot building houses the Geneva Public Library, a historic and essential institution within the Geneva community. It is in critical need of updating and repairs to function more effectively and efficiently. In order to move forward with future renovations and/or repairs, the Library seeks to better understand the existing facility's condition.

The scope of services requested includes assessing the current condition, anticipated life, and an assessment of the probable cost of replacement of all existing systems, including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and lighting; the scope will also include analyzing the condition of the building’s exterior, windows, and exterior doors.
