2025-2027 Biennial Generator Maintenance Contract
For CITY OF FERNLEY (OWNER):
Sealed bids will be received by the CITY OF FERNLEY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT for the 2025-2027 Biennial Generator Maintenance and Service Contract, by mail, at 595 Silver Lace Blvd, Fernley, NV 89408. Bids must be postmarked by Wednesday, August 27th, 2025. Bids will be opened at 3pm.
The Scope of Work consists of:
Providing semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections and emergency service on all 17 City of Fernley generators at various locations within the City limits. Specific generator information can be located in the technical specifications of the bid documents.
Proposals will be accepted on an Annual Rate for all preventative maintenance work. Proposals shall also include any miscellaneous charges such as minimal hourly charges and will be selected based on the total annual cost. Proposals must be submitted on the City of Fernley Bid Table.
No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statues. A Statement of Qualifications shall be included with the bid packages.
Terms and conditions regarding this proposal as well as bid packages shall be obtained from the City of Fernley, Public Works Department via mail or e-mail by calling 775-784-9910.
The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
