The Ocean Center Daytona Beach Parking Garage Level 3, 4 & 5 deck and stairways are exhibiting structural deterioration resulting from prolonged exposure to the harsh coastal environment between the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean. JL2 Architecture, conducted a comprehensive survey of the facility and has developed detailed repair plans, including technical recommendations and implementation procedures, to address the identified conditions.

The Ocean Center Daytona Beach is an event venue offering entertainment and functions on a regular basis. The surrounding area of tourism keeps the parking garage with high volumes of traffic which will affect the working areas for certain parts of the entrance and exits as work is performed. The selected contractor will be required to coordinate with the Ocean Center Project Coordinator to set the schedule and work areas.
