Rebid of Doe Run Road/Strode Avenue Improvements

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by East Fallowfield Township for Doe Run Road/Strode Ave Improvements until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 18th day of April 2025.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
Questions may be asked through the PennBIDTM system. The final date to submit questions is 5:00pm, April 15, 2025.
This contract includes earthwork, installation of concrete islands, road widening, full depth asphalt pavement, stamped asphalt, pavement markings, rumble strips, and signage.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
