NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:

The 374 Contracting Squadron, Yokota AB, Japan, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Infinite Technologies, Inc for Centralized Access for Data Exchange (CAFDEx) Fuel Transaction PM (FTPM) software. CAFDEx FTPM is proprietary solution and Infinite Technologies Inc is the only manufacturer capable of providing CAFDEx FTPM.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 27 August 2025. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A Sole Source Justification will be posted with the Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source IAW Far 6.305(a). The closing date for this notice is 15 August 2025 at 02:00 PM Japan Standard Time.
