Description: The Olean Local Development Corporation is requesting proposals for the services of a qualified Certified Public Accounting firm to conduct the Financial and Compliance Audit of the OLDC's operations. Services will include, but not limited to, Planning and Performing the audit; Performing tests of documentary evidence; Evaluating of internal controls; Review of Management Letter; Draft and final Audit Report (includes approximately nine copies and an electronic copy); and Review of Year End Financial reports, if available.
