RFP: Information Technology Managed Services FY27-29 City

Request for Proposals: Information Technology Managed Services for City of Leominster F.Y. 2027-2029

Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West  St., Leominster, MA  01453, Until:  11:00 A.M. April 15, 2026 and at that time will be recorded. Specifications for the above proposal required by the I.T.T.F. Committee may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, or by calling 978-962-3537.   Bid documents may also be downloaded at www.leominster-ma.gov on the “Active Bids” link under the Purchasing Page.

There will be a pre-bid conference at City Hall 25 West Street, Leominster, MA in the City Council Chambers scheduled for March 26, 2026 @ 11:00 AM. This pre-bid meeting is NOT mandatory, but prospective proposers are encouraged to attend.  This will be your only opportunity to ask questions regarding the City’s I.T. needs.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
