RFP: Information Technology Managed Services Fy27-29 - School

Request for Proposals: Information Technology Managed Services for Leominster School Department F.Y. 2027-2029

Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West  St., Leominster, MA  01453, Until:  11:00 A.M. April 15, 2026 and at that time will be recorded. Specifications for the above proposal required by the School Dept. may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, or by calling 978-962-3537.   Bid documents may also be downloaded at www.leominster-ma.gov on the “Active Bids” link under the Purchasing Page.

There will be a pre-bid conference & tour of the High School (large I.T. equipment) scheduled for March 26, 2026 @ 9:00 AM.  The conference will be held in the Appleseeds restaurant, using the CTEI entrance at the Leominster High School, located at 122 Granite Street, Leominster, MA. This pre-bid meeting is NOT mandatory, but prospective proposers are encouraged to attend.  This will be your only opportunity to ask questions regarding the School Department’s I.T. needs and to view facilities.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
