Workers' Compensation: Third Party Claims Administration, Cost Containment, Utilization Review, and Case Management Services

AWARD SCHEDULE:

Recommendations will be made to the school board no later than the September 2026 Regular Board Meeting.  Awarded vendor will be notified via email at that time.

LENGTH OF CONTRACT:

Initial contract period will be October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2029, with the option of one (1) three-year renewal.  Final contract expiration after all renewals would be September 30, 2032 .

SPECIFICATIONS/SCOPE OF WORK:

The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract for Workers’ Compensation Third Party Claims Administration and a separate contract for Cost Containment, Utilization Review, and Case Management for the District. The District prefers that cost containment services and bill audit review services are contracted with a separate vendor from the Third Party Claims Administration.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1.  The successful respondent must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via e-mail.

2.  Vendors shall not accept or process orders from any employee or representative of the District unless and until the vendor receives a valid Purchase Order from Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.
