The City of St. Joseph, MO is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing professional services including but not limited to planning, preliminary consultation, complete design services, and construction management/services for the construction of a new Emergency Operation Center (EOC).
Bid proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system as it helps to expedite the bidding process and alleviate errors. No paper, emailed, or faxed submissions will be accepted. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City of St. Joseph is an Equal Opportunity Employer. |
