ADMINISTRATOR & CAPACITY BUILDING PARTNER HUD LEAD HAZARD REDUCTION CAPACITY BUILDING GRANT

The City of Dunkirk is seeking proposals from qualified administrative consultants to engage an experienced HUD Housing /Lead Paint Hazard Capacity Building Program Administrator and Capacity Building Partner to assist City of Dunkirk, NY, that will focus on developing the infrastructure to identify and control lead-based paint hazards in privately-owned rentals or owner-occupied housing. The capacity building program focus areas include training staff and contractors, building partnerships and local coalitions, identifying, and assessing potential target areas, develop and implement outreach and marketing, and develop program data sharing and referrals.
