This Unsealed Invitation for Bids (UIFB) aims to invite unsealed bids in order to secure a spot purchase with one or more qualified vendors to supply VDOT Long and Short Sleeve High Visibility T-shirts. These shirts will be provided to the Virginia Industries for the Blind (VIB), a branch of the Virginia Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI), to be customized for the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
