MBE SET ASIDE OPPORTUNITY
Section 125.081 of the Ohio Revised Code requires State agencies to set-aside purchases for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE). Only MBE will be considered for award.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached)  apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract.

EVALUATION
PDF Quote must be included. Failure to quote all items or provide PDF quote may deem the quote non-responsive. Quote must be valid for 60-90 days . The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. Inquiries* must be submitted via the OhioBuys Inquiry Field. Inquiries are not permitted to be sent directly to the analyst or any other ODPS contact.

*The analyst responsible for this solicitation will be Out of Office and unable to answer inquiries from Thursday 10/8 to Monday 10/12. All inquiries received during the specified time frame will be answered as soon as possible starting Tuesday 10/13.

AWARD
