Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking proposals from consultants for professional services required to prepare a geotechnical and environmental investigation in support of the planning and design of the redevelopment of Piers 26 & 27 at the HMCS Cabot Base site in St. John’s, NL.
