24-181-CP FY24 Bituminous Overlay of Various Frederick County Roadways (FY 2024)

Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Bituminous Overlay of Various Frederick County Roadways (FY 2024). Please refer to IFB #24-181-CP when inquiring about this solicitation.

A virtual (non-mandatory) pre-bid conference will be held on June 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST.  Email the buyer, LSchug@frederickcountymd.gov to register for the pre-bid meeting and to request an email with a link to the Microsoft Teams meeting.  Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 742 451 280# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date: July 09, 2025, by 3:00 PM EST.  Bids shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Bids will be opened via Conference Call: Dial the call-in number, enter the participant code followed by the pound (#) sign.
