Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.

Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide an assessment of the Impacts of Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Funding Through Agent-Based Modeling (ABM).

The objectives of this engagement are:

-To assess the health, economic and social value of CIHR’s health research funding using ABM, and,

-If the results are determined by CIHR to adequately support its impact measurement goals, have the option for the Contractor to provide similar assessments on an ongoing periodic basis.

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2026, inclusive with the possibility of extending the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.

There is no security requirement associated with this solicitation of offers.

Basis of Selection. Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (70%) and Price (30%). For the initial period, the maximum funding available for the Contract resulting from the bid solicitation is $120,000.00 (Applicable Taxes extra).
