Description:

The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite bids from Contractors to replace sewer pipe at 50 Stackpole Street. The Project consists of: Remove and replace the existing sewer service at 50 Stackpole Street. Additional work includes concrete sidewalk reconstruction, sewer bypass as necessary, restoration and all other work specified in the contract documents

A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on July 29, 2026 @ 11:00 AM. Interested Contractors should meet at 50 Stackpole Street, Lowell, MA 01852. The last day to submit written questions to the Chief Procurement Officer is July 30, 2026, by 3:00 p.m.
