Detailed description is located in the attachments under the Scope of Work. Amendment to add Section L (Instructions to Offerors). Amendment 0004 to change the Performance and Payment Bonds from Yes to no and to add 52.228-5 and remove FAR Clauses 52.228-3, 52.228-11, 52.228-12, 52.228-14.
